Can I return/exchange items that were purchased on sale or with a promotional code?

We’re sorry but, all items purchased on sale or with a promotional code are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Please be sure to reference our sizing guide before placing your order.

Can I send in my return for a refund?

We’re sorry, but our return policy is an exchange only one. Please read the policy below for more information.

I received a defective item? What should I do?

While we hope this never happens, if you do receive a defective piece(s) you must be report these items along with a photo of the defective items to our returns (returns@leobikinis.com) within 24 hours of delivery. The photo will then be reviewed and we will contact you via email regarding the defective items. If the customer issues false claims regarding defective items we will not accept the item and it will be sent back to the customer, at the customer’s expense.

I received an incorrect order? What should I do?

If you have received an incorrect order that is different from the order you placed with us online you must contact our returns (returns@leobikinis.com) within 24 hours of delivery (before sending back the package) to ensure your exchange is fully processed. Items received in the incorrect order must comply with the exchange criteria outlined in our returns policy below, in order to be exchanged.

How much time do I have to return an item?

Your merchandise must be sent back to Leo Bikinis within 7 days of receiving your exchange authorization form and number. Unfortunately, if your return is not made within our 7 day deadline we cannot accept your return. The item(s) will be sent back to you at your expense.

RETURN POLICY

Leo bikinis return policy is an exchange only policy, we do not offer refunds or store credit. We are happy to accept any regularly priced items that have been unused, unwashed, undamaged, and unworn for exchange.

In order to qualify for an exchange please make sure your item fits the following criteria:

  • All original hang tags as well as sewn in tags must be attached, undamaged and untampered with.
  • For sanitary reasons please try on swimwear with underwear on underneath. Hygienic stickers must be in their original place and have not been reattached or removed.
  • The swimwear should be returned with its original clear packaging, as well as the original receipt sent to you with your order.
  • Please keep in mind exchanges can only be made within the same collection of the item the customer wishes to exchange. Credits for future collections cannot be made. Exchanged items must be the same price as the original item purchased.

ALL ITEMS PURCHASED ON SALE, DISCOUNTED OR BOUGHT USING A PROMOTIONAL CODE ARE FINAL SALE AND CANNOT BE EXCHANGED OR RETURNED.

In order to become eligible for an exchange the following steps must be taken:

  1. Customer must email Leo Bikinis at (returns@leobikinis.com) within 7 days of receiving merchandise, and request for an exchange authorization form and number. Your full name, original order number, and reason to exchange should be included in the email.
  2. Once you have inquired about an exchange you will receive an email from (returns@leobikinis.com) with an exchange authorization form and number attached.
  3. Print out the exchange authorization form, and fill out the form accordingly.
  4. The item(s) to be exchanged should be securely packaged along with original packaging, hang tags, hygienic stickers, and labels intact. Again, the item(s) must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and unworn. The printed and filled out exchange authorization form should be packaged and sent with the items being exchanged.The original receipt sent to you with your order, should be included as well.
  5. The customer is held responsible for all shipping costs. For this reason we highly recommend you acquire a tracking number for your package. Leo Bikinis is not responsible for any misdirected, lost, or damaged packages.
  6. The merchandise must be sent back to Leo Bikinis within 7 days of receiving your exchange authorization form and number.
  7. Once we have received your package, the quality of the merchandise will be examined according to the criteria outlined in our return policy.
  8. Once we have received your return please allow 1-5 business days for us to process and ship your exchange. You will know when your exchange item has shipped, as we will send you a shipping confirmation email.
